Prominent healthcare organization in the Nashville market is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team.  This position will have incredible growth opportunities for top performers as well as the opportunity to gain exposure to both financial and operational analytics and modeling.  My client is looking for someone who is eager to learn and wants to take their career to the next level. Responsibilities: 

• Perform budget vs actual analysis for assigned lines of business
• Recommend/implement new improvements in pricing and labor cost analysis
• Perform analysis for any future business opportunities 
• Conduct trend analysis on revenue and operational performance
• Assist in the annual budgeting process
• Work directly with operations staff at assigned facilities to facilitate new pricing strategies and/or cost reduction strategies
• Other special projects as assigned by leadership

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 3+ years of experience in an analytical role, healthcare experience being highly preferred
• Ability to utilize pivot and lookup functions within Excel
• Experience working with at least 1 major ERP required
• Experience utilizing reporting tools highly preferred (Power BI, Tableau, Hyperion, etc.)
