Pathway Search is partnering with a healthcare company, in Franklin, TN, to assist in their search for a Revenue Cycle Supervisor. This person will be responsible for all aspects of billing and invoicing, creating and analyzing billing related reports and maintaining claims, monitoring the team for quality and productivity related to department KPI's and overseeing the processing of clinic professional charges.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role managing greater than 10 staff.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience related to medical office and facility billing, and coding.

• Working knowledge of AR systems, Medicare/Medicaid, and 3rd party billing.

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration is a plus.
