Pathway Search is seeking a VP of Finance to join the team at a large healthcare organization in the Nashville and Middle Tennessee area. They are actively growing and need someone who can step in and hit the ground running. This position will report directly to the CFO and have 2 direct reports. 

This person will be a lead in the reporting and analysis side, with emphasis on performance analysis. They have Financial Analysts and Senior Financial Analysts that handle most of the reports and analysis now. The 2 Controllers, direct reports to this position, quarterback the month end process, all revenue cycle is in house, and they also have a treasury manager handling cash flow, forecasting, and projections. They fully integrate acquisitions onto their systems, and that process is split between different teams internally.  

This person will have a blend of accounting and finance experience, heavier on the finance side. Ideally, this person will be able to move into the CFO position eventually. 

Systems: GP, Dynamics, Tableau, Excel
Comp: up to $150k + discretionary bonus 
Schedule: flexible, needs to be in office at least 3 days a week
