Pathway Search is working with a high-growth healthcare organization as they look to add a Senior Accountant to their team.  This Senior Accountant will report directly to the Controller and will have regular interaction with the C-suite and investors.  The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in a multi-facility healthcare environment, with experience in public accounting being highly preferred.  This organization has been growing steadily through acquisition over the past 3 years and is looking for someone who can add value supporting the growth strategies and integration of new facilities going forward. 

Responsibilities:

• Bank/account reconciliations
• Posting journal entries
• Ownership of the month end close process for all assigned facilities
• Monthly and quarterly variance analysis
• AR and cash flow analysis and reporting
• Assist in continuous improvement projects related to financial reporting
• Assist the Controller in all activities related to acquisition integration and due diligence
• Work directly with external auditors 

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of multi-facility healthcare accounting experience
• CPA preferred
• Experience in public accounting highly preferred
