Pathway Search is working with a local organization that is in hyper growth mode and is looking to add an experienced Sr. Financial Analyst to their team. This is a highly cross-functional role in which the ideal candidate will be working directly with leaders within operations, marketing, sales, HR, and accounting to facilitate several key projects throughout 2023.  Our client is looking for someone who has experience working in a highly ad-hoc environment, with expertise in performing operational and financial analysis across multiple business units/facilities.  This position will report directly to the VP of Finance and will interface regularly with the C-suite.  

KPI analysis, budget preparation, variance analysis, and the ability to present financials to key internal stakeholders. 

Qualificaitons:

• 3+ years of experience in a Financial/Business analysis role required
• Degree in Finance or Economics is required
• Experience working with SQL and/or Power BI is highly preferred
